There are three eels roaming the sea, and you must take down all three in order to earn the star. Look for numerous shells along the sea floor; any of them will do, though we highly suggest using the red ones, since they track the enemy. After grabbing a shell, the toughest part is actually finding the eels especially when you only have one or two left.
We suggest swimming just below the water's surface to get a complete view of half the planet, allowing you to find the eels with ease. Once you've got one in sight, swim after it and launch your shell when you're close to take it down. Repeat this for the next two to make the star appear on the sunken ship. Aside from the eels, the only other obstacle that can prove challenging are the Torpedo Teds that will home in on you.
